As of the end of January, we have 6% fewer homes available for sale compared to the same time last year. Additionally, we have 7% more sales. That’s a big swing of 13% from a year ago!
What does this mean for you? Now is the best time to sell a house! Inventory is tightening up, which makes it easier for your home to stand out and shine. In fact, I haven’t seen numbers like this in about a decade. Don’t wait!
