If there is a bit of mold between some tiles or stains on the counters, make sure they are taken care of. These rooms should have pleasant, inviting aromas as well.
3. The rest of the house. Paint, carpet, and other cosmetic details will go a long way towards getting you top dollar for little or sometimes no expense at all.
