We have been in a buyer's market for years now, but I think this is beginning to change. This week I will show you why my suspicions are correct.

Investors are buying: This is a big change from 3-5 years ago when investors weren't even thinking about buying.

Would-be Sellers are holding off: Either they are stuck in long-term leases or they are scared because it is still a buyer's market here in North Atlanta.

Interest is still historically low: Low interest, high demand, and low inventory are all pointing towards a seller's market in North Atlanta.

I could not have said this years ago, but times have certainly changed.

While many real estate agents feel the need to upsell clients, Burr Ridge real estate agents uses her expertise for the benefit of the people she works with. Unlike some other agents, she listened to what we needed and wanted during our 400-mile move and worked until we found it.
