Fall is here, marking the end of the busy summer real estate season. We would like to share with you today some statistics we have compiled that compare this summer's numbers to last year's. As you will see, our market is improving year-over-year and we are excited to see what the future has to bring. Here are a few of the key changes in the market over the past year.
- Inventory is up 21%. There are a lot more homes on the market this year compared to last year.
- Sales are down 7% from last year
- However, prices are higher than they were at this point last year and they are currently holding steady.
